TROUBLESHOOTING

PC tablet or smartphone does not charge.

Disconnect them from the USB ports and check the LED indicator and fuse.

My Samsung

tablet will not charge.

Some Samsung tablets require a different charging conﬁguration. This unit is not

compatible with some early generation Samsung products.

My USB device keeps dropping in and out of charge mode.

If you have an iPad

or other similar high current draw device plugged in, along

with another device, the circuit may be overloading. Total current cannot be over

2.1 amps from all devices.

LED power indicator is off and there is no output power.

Check the fuse in the cigarette lighter plug by removing the cap on the DC plug.
